Cytel (Shanghai) Ltd, is a company specialized in car park revenue control and management system. It has more than 20 year’s track record in the supply and installation of parking management system. As a high-end parking system supplier for the most prestigious projects in China, Cytel has an experienced and well trained team, and has over the years established a nation-wide sales and service network across the country.
Cytel’s history dates back to 1972, when the young German entrepreneur Mr. Michael Habicht established Cytel Far East specializing in importing high-tech equipment and systems into the rapidly developing Hong Kong. In 1976, Cytel installed the Asia’s largest GE projector in Hong Kong stadium. In 1984, Cytel successfully introduced the advanced Scheidt & Bachmann parking system into Hong Kong and the systems were installed in the ten government car parks. This had revolutionized the parking management in Hong Kong.
In Mainland China,
In 1989, Cytel installed China’s first parking system at China World Trade Center.
In 1996, Xiamen became the first airport in China equipped with parking system done by Cytel.
In 2000, Cytel installed the first parking guidance system in China at Shanghai Jinmao Building.
In 2008, Cytel will install the parking system at the tallest building – World Financial Center.
In 2010, Cytel installed the first Automatic Pay Station in MIXC (Shenzhen).
In 2014, Cytel installed the M2 video guidance and positioning system in Shanghai Century Square.
In 2015, Cytel installed the wechat online payment system in MIXC (Shenzhen).
In 2017, Cytel installed a parking management system in T1 terminal of Hongqiao International Airport.
In 2018, Cytel installed a video-guided positioning system in Beijing International Trade Center
In 2019, Cytel installed a parking management system in Xi 'an Silk Road Exhibition Center.
