All travellers to China are required to hold valid visas. Exhibitors should apply for Chinese visa one month in advance as required by the organizer. A formal invitation letter is a prerequisite in Chinese visa application. Upon receiving the letter, exhibitors can proceed to complete their visa applications by presenting the invitation letter, a valid passport, a recent photo, and a completed official visa application (can be obtained in a local Chinese Embassy) in a local Chinese Embassy. Download the Visa Application Form , fill in the blanks, and email the Visa Application Form to organization committee. Exhibitors should receive their invitation letters after 7 days by fax, or later by express delivery.

Be mindful to fill in the form completely, or we will not be able to submit your request.All exhibitors’ and visitors' passports should stay valid for a minimum period of 6 months after entering China.For the most current requirements and those specific to your situation, please check with your local consulate or embassy or the http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/ . Without any special requirement, the invitation letter will be sent to you only by email or fax. During certain periods, the waiting time for your visa may be longer than usual. Exhibitors are recommended to get detailed and up to date information about waiting period at their respective embassies or consulates, to ensure the process is completed on time.
●Fees
Electronic version of the Invitation Letter can be sent by e-mail or fax without extra costs. Should a Visitor require the original, it will be delivered by courier according to his address and express charges will be added. Exhibitors do not need to cover the express charges of invitation letter.
